If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), an OTP code will be sent to your phone number or authenticator app. Enter the code within the allotted time to complete the login process securely.
Security Tips: Never share your KS99 account password with anyone, including individuals claiming to be KS99 support staff. Our team will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
Forgetting your password is common and ks99 provides a quick and secure recovery process. Click the link "Forgot your password?" on the login page, then enter your registered phone number or email. A link or OTP code will be sent to allow you to set a new password.

Although the ks99 platform is built to run without interruption, you may occasionally encounter minor issues when logging in. Here are some common situations and how to resolve them:
Password not accepted: Make sure Caps Lock is off and that you're entering the correct password. Try the "Forgot Password" feature to reset your password if needed.
OTP code not received: Check that your phone number is still active and has good network coverage. If the OTP does not arrive within two minutes, click "Resend" or contact ks99 customer support.
Account temporarily locked: For security reasons, KS99 will temporarily lock your account after several failed login attempts. This is an automatic protection measure. Contact our support team to safely unlock your account.
Page not loading: Try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode. If the issue persists, try switching to a different browser or use the KS99 mobile app as an alternative.
Account security is a shared responsibility between KS99 and its users. Here are some recommended best practices to keep your account safe and protected from cyber threats.
First, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings. Even if your password is compromised, hackers still cannot access your account without the OTP code from your phone. Second, avoid logging in over unsecured public Wi-Fi. Use a VPN if you must use a public network. Third, log out of your ks99 account after every session, especially on shared devices.
KS99 also provides a login notification feature, where you will receive a notification whenever there is a login attempt to your account from a new location or device. If you do not recognise the activity, immediately change your password and contact our support team for further action.
