This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and KS99 ("Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using the KS99 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document. Please read carefully before continuing to use the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to refrain from using the KS99 platform.

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By creating a KS99 account, logging in, or using any part of the platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you are automatically deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full, along with all related policies referenced herein.

Accepting these terms also constitutes your agreement to ks99's Privacy Policy, the individual game rules applicable to each gaming product, and any additional terms related to promotions or special programmes you participate in.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the ks99 platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above or the minimum legal age set in your country or region of residence, whichever is higher.

Withdrawal:

8Limitation of Liability

9Amendments to Terms and Conditions

KS99 reserves the right to review, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs, changes in law, or new internal policies. Any material changes will be communicated to members via:

• Email notification sent to the registered email address on the member's account.

10Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ks99 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the statutory legal rights held by members as consumers under applicable laws in Malaysia.
